Platinum Plan Service Agreement

The gas mileage deterioration of your car is easy to determine. To restore the mileage, you need to have a "Tune-up" done on your car. Your home Air Conditioning System functions in the same manner. We recommend preventative maintenance to ensure that your AC System operates at peak efficiency. Preventative maintenance helps to detect:

  • Systems with dirty filters or coil restrictions
  • Systems that are under or over charged with Freon
  • General negligence that result in higher than normal electric bills

We offer our custom Platinum Plan service agreement to meet your maintenance needs. We work with our Platinum customers to determine the number of annual trips necessary to keep their AC System operating at peak efficiency - our Base agreement includes 2 annual trips; our Platinum customers receive:

  • Preferred Customer Scheduling
  • 20% discount on parts and labor (for any required repair)
  • Standard filter replacement (upgraded filters will receive a 20% discount)

Because filter replacement may be required more frequently than the number of maintenance trips, the owner may need to provide the intermediate filter replacement. Standard filters must be changed at least every 3 months. Electronic Air Cleaners, based on the unit and conditions, can range from 1 month to 1 year. Media filters range from 6 to 12 months.
